My personal Mission

I'm a left-handed artist, love travel, hiking and singing (but not all at the same time!). When I'm not painting I'm studying a psychology degree at Massey University online, and volunteering for Land Search and Rescue. 

I'm a strong advocate for positive psychology and the concept of flourishing. To flourish, we need to challenge ourselves and get out of our comfort zones, by learning new things, helping others and having a deep sense of connection to our personal identity, history and  community.

My mission is to achieve this and show others how to achieve it.
